All services are provided on a subscription basis. Once a subscription is activated, it is considered consumed.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once the subscription has been activated and access to the service has been granted.

3. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation will only prevent future billing and will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors, subject to verification.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
